Zanzibar is the island for foodies – the restaurants blend a perfect combination of Arabic and African cuisine.  Fresh seafood can be found on each street corner while coconut and fresh fruit is sold everywhere you turn.  The drive from Arusha to Dar es Salaam was a long one, broken up into two days with an overnight stopover half way.
